新疆地区贝母属物种亲缘关系研究
Study on the Phylogenetic Relationship of Fritillaria L.from Xinjiang

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the systematic relationship of Fritillaria species(Beimu)distributed in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and to provide scientific data for properly using Medic Materials"Yi Beimu". Methods:The sequences of matK,rpl16 and ITS were used to construct the phylogenetic trees of source plants of traditional Chinese medicine"Beimu".The analyses were performed using Maximum likelihood,parsimony and the Bayesian inference. Results:F.pallidiflora,F.walujewii,F.tortifolia,F.verticillata and F.yuminensis clustered as one group named Xinjiang Beimu Group,while F.meleagroides clustered with F.ussuriensis that distributed in Northeast China,and then they clustered with F.karelinii. Conclusion:F.tortifoliae,F.verticillata and F.yuminensis were closely related to the two source plants of"Yi Beimu"(F.pallidiflora,F.walujewii),therefore they may become the source plants of"Yi Beimu".In the contrary, F.meleagroides and F.karelinii are distant to those species in Xinjiang Beimu Group,their application as Medic Materials"Yi Beimu"is open to question.关键词
