Study on Chemical Constituents of Fresh Gastrodia elata Bl. f.elata

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of fresh Gastrodia elata Bl. f.elata.Methods:The con-stituents were isolated by macroporous resin,RP-C18medium-pressure,semi-preparative HPLC,and identified by NMR, MS.Results:Seven compounds were isolated and identified,they were 4-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)benzyl methyl ether (1),4,4′-dihydroxydiphenyl methane(2),p-hydroxybenzyl ethyl ether(3),4,4′-dihydroxydibenzyl ether(4),2,4-bis (4-hydroxybenzal)-phenol(5),gastrol A(6),4-ethoxymethylphenyl-4′-hydroxybenzyl ether(7),the structure of compound 7 was analyzed in detail for the first time.Conclusion:This study provided material basis for the study of chemical changes in the processing of G.elata Bl. f.elata.关键词
