粗壮女贞乙醇提取物化学成分研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of alcoholic extract from Ligustrum robustum(Roxb.) Blume.Methods:Isolation and purification were carried out on the column chromatographies of silica gel,macroporous resin, MCI GEL CHP 20P and Sephadex LH-20,and semi-preparative HPLC chromatography.The structures elucidation of the isolated compounds was based on the physical and chemical properties as well as the spectroscopic data.Results:Twelve compounds were obtained and were elucidated as ligurobustoside C(1),ligurobustoside D(2),ligurobustoside B(3), cosmosiin(4),ligurobustoside K(5),4-methoxycinnamic acid(6),4-hydroxycinnamic acid(7),(+)-cycloolivil(8), liriodendrin(9),apigenin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside(10),diosemtin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(11),isoacteoside(12).Conclusion:Compounds 7 and 9 were obtained from this plant for the first time and compounds 6,8,10 and 11 were obtained from the genus Ligustrum for the first time.关键词
