金黄地鼠血液中5种阴离子含量测定方法的建立
Establishment of Determination Method for Five Anions in Blood of Hyperlipidemia Golden Hamster
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Determination of five anions(lactate,formate,bromide,nitrate,sulfate)in blood of hyper-lipidemia golden hamster by ion chromatography.Methods:Hyperlipidemia golden hamster blood samples were precipitated with acetonitrile and passed through Dionex on Guard IIRP column,injected after through the 0.22 μm microporous mem-brane.Anion exchange column was used to separate,conductivity detector was used to detect,and the external standard method was used to quantify.Results:5 kinds of anions reached the baseline separation,the correlation coefficient was in the range of 0.999 1-0.999 9,the linear relationship was good,the recovery rate(RSD<2.0%)were good.Conclusion:The establishment of ion chromatography can be measured simultaneously 5 kinds of blood anions,the method is stable,fast,high reference,can also provide technical support for the study of hyperlipidemia and other diseases,about the change of lactate, formate,bromide,phosphate,sulfate content.关键词
