Optimization of Extraction Process of Yishen Dizhuo Pills by Orthogonal Experiment
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Yishen Dizhuo Pills by orthogonal design test.Methods:The effect of solid-liquid ratio,soak and extract time,extracting times,ethanol concentration on the yield of extract and the content of berberine hydrochloride extraction process of Yishen Dizhuo Pills was investigated,and the extraction process was optimized by L9(34)orthogonal test.Results:The optimized process on water-extract:solid-liquid ratio was 1:10,soak period was 60 minute,extraction time was 1.5 hour,extraction times was 3.The optimized process on ethanol extraction:solid-liquid ratio was 1:10,ethanol concentration was 50%,the extraction time was 2 hour,and extraction times was 3.Conclusion:The optimized process is feasible,rational and the extraction rate of active components is optimal,which can be applied to the Yishen Dizhuo Pills extraction process.关键词
