心宝丸肉桂浸膏带式干燥工艺研究
Studies on Belt Drying Process of Cinnamomum cassia Extract in Xinbao Pill

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the belt drying process for Cinnamomum cassia extract in Xinbao Pill usingorthog-onal test,and compare with microwave drying,vacuum drying and heated air circulate drying method.Methods:The effec-ting factors were studied by taking the contents of crawler speed,feeding speed and drying temperature asfactors,cinnamic acid content as standard using orthogonal test,and the contrast test was carried out with microwave drying,vacuum drying and heated air circulate drying method,cinnamic acid was determined by HPLC before and after drying.Results:The optimal belt drying process conditions of C.cassia extract were as follows:feeding speed of 18 Led-1,crawler speed of 15 cmcraw-1,dr-ying temperature of 120℃ in one region and 70℃ in two region.At the optim condition,yield C.cassia extract was 93.18%, cinnamic acid content was 0.35%,and the results was higher than that of the other drying methods obviously.Conclusion:The extracts content and the yield is high by using belt drying process,which is suitable for mass production.关键词
