The Effect of Clearing Heat by Drinking Chinese Herb Tea in the View of Related Modern Experiments
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explain the effect of clearing internal heat from the body by drinking Chinese herb tea.Methods:Through analyzing the modern scientific literature related to Chinese herb tea,the basis of cooling internal heat from the human body was summarized.Results:Modern experiments showed that Chinese herb tea can scavenge free radicals, resist oxidation,repair damaged nervous system and restore immune system function.Conclusion:Chinese herb tea has a good effect on cooling internal heat from the human body.关键词
