小鼠CD47-Fc融合蛋白表达载体构建、表达纯化及其生物学活性研究

摘要
Abstract
By using the eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA 3.1(-),recombinant proteins of CD47-Fc were expressed in the eukaryotic cells of 293T.Purified by affinity chromatography,high purity of CD47-Fc proteins was obtained.The activities of the recombinant protein were evaluated by immunofluorescence staining,flow cytometry, and cell adhesion assay.The results showed that CD47-Fc proteins bound to SIRPαexpressed on the surface of peritoneal macrophage cells.A fusion protein of CD47-Fc which was biological active,was successfully expressed in the eukaryotic cells of 293T.关键词
