基于切线法定位圆心的电缆横截面几何尺寸自动测量方法的设计与实现
Design and Realization of Automatic Measuring Method of Cable Cross Section Geometry Based on Tangent Method
摘要
Abstract
The geometric parameter identification algorithm was proposed to measure the geometric pa-rameters of cable cross section on the base of machine vision, digital image processing technology and software technology.This method was based on two sets of tangents of the circle.The cross section′s cen-ter,diameter and insulation thickness of the cable could be accurately measured by coordinate transfor -mation.For armored cable,a detection algorithm of metal shield thickness based on HSI space was de-signed,which realized the accurate measurement of metal shielding layer thickness.Experiments showed that the algorithm could locate the cable center accurately and get the parameters of the cable cross sec-tion such as diameter,wire core area and thickness of insulating layer with high measuring accuracy and fast detection speed.关键词
