Transition and Reform of China's Rural Land Property System from the Perspective of Path Dependence
摘要
Abstract
Based on institutional path dependence theory,the evolution of rural land ownership system in China was reviewed,then put forward the basic framework of the rural land property rights system reform:Maintain the existing rural collective land property rights,clear land ownership and use right materialized,perfect the transferring system of rural land use rights,promote the collective land and state-owned land property right equality gradually,improve the supporting system of rural land property rights reform.关键词
