新疆生态移民安置工程研究——以喀拉峻景区为例
Study on Xinjiang Ecological Resettlement Project——Taking the Kalajun Scenic Area as an Example
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the relevant literatures about ecological migration at home and abroad,the paper carried out the field research on the resettlement project of the Kalajun scenic spot in Xinjiang.The satisfaction data of herdsmen were analyzed by Excel software.According to the basic statistical characteristics of the herdsmen,combined with the visit to understand the situation.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of ecological migration in Kalajun scenic area of Xinjiang.It was found that the problems in education training,cadre style and attitude,villagers' representative participation in management,immigration benefit and employment placement were outstanding.We suggested that the government should make the following adjustments in the ecological relocation of scenic spots:Strengthen education training and guidance;Improve the ability of the overall development of the immigration;Strengthen the rural cadres training;Improve grassroots organization;Increase and enhance the degree and capacity of immigration;Maintain and improve that subsequent management of migration and increase the support force of subsequent industry development.关键词
