Construction of Scientific and Technological Innovation System of Higher Hgricultural Colleges in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The profound significance and necessity of scientific and technological innovation system construction in agricultural universities for constructing innovative country were discussed.The main problems existing in the process of the construction of science and technology innovation system in cgricultural universities were analyzed.The main approaches to the construction of scientific and technological innovation system in agricultural colleges in the new era were put forward.Firstly,strengthen the consciousness of scientific and technological innovation,and cultivate the cultural atmosphere of scientific and technological innovation.Secondly,break through the obstacles of institutional mechanism and stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation.Thirdly,optimize the allocation of innovation resources and give full play to the benefit of resource innovation.Fourthly,strengthen the transformation of achievements and highlight the characteristics of colleges.The aim was to improve the technical and theoretical support for China's agricultural modernization and innovative country construction.关键词
