Abstract
[Objective]To study the male lamb quality of Hu sheep in Yili River Valley.[Method]The male lamb quality of Hu sheep in Yili River Valley was analyzed by sensory evaluation, and routine items determination of meat quality, determination of amino acid, crude protein, fat,Fe, Cu,Zn,Se.[Result]The lamb quality of Hu sheep in Yili River Valley was very good,and its market prospect was very broad.[Con-clusion]The study provides data support and reference for Hu sheep breeding enterprises and mutton market development in Yili River Valley.关键词
