Abstract
[Objective]To study application effect of water soluble fertilizer in tea.[Method]Effects of water soluble fertilizer water extract, tea polyphenols, caffine and amino acid were studied by spraying on the leaf surface of tea trees.[Result]The concentration of water extract and the amount of amino acid increased with the increase of fertilizer concentration;the concentration of tea polyphenol and caffine decreased with the increase of fertilizer concentration.Color, aroma and taste of tea decreased with the increase of fertilizer concentration.[Conclusion] Spraying water soluble fertilizer can improve tea quaility.关键词
