Abstract
Food safety is a core basic course for undergraduate students in food science specialty in most food-related universities and colle-ges.Considering the new situation of social and engineering education in recent years,the teaching reform and practice of this course under OBE-oriented model.The teaching target,teaching content,teaching method and course assessment method of food safety course in food sci-ence specialty were expounded.关键词
