基于临床研究的糖尿病肾脏病预测量表的研制OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Development of predictive scale of diabetic kidney disease bases on clini-cal research
目的 建立中西医结合的糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)进展预测量表,以期为临床提供简便可靠的DKD进展预测方法.方法 将纳入的DKD患者按照分期标准分为微量蛋白尿期258例和显性蛋白尿期234例.比较2组基本信息、测量指标、实验室指标和中医证候要素分布,采用多因素Logis-tic回归筛选危险因素,得到以西医指标和中医证素为变量的回归方程,运用决策树分类法,将方程中的连续型变量转换为分类变量,建立DKD进展预测量表.重新纳入76例DKD微量蛋白尿期患者,根…查看全部>>
