Abstract
Based on a three-cylinder engine powertrain,a multi-body dynamics analysis model of the powertrain and a dynamic analysis model of the front end accessory drive(FEAD) system are constructed,and then the analysis results has been verified with a bench test data.The correctness of the calculation method and the simulation analysis model effectiveness has been proved.The fluctuation of crankshaft rotate speed,the input shaft rotate velocity and the attenuation rate of DMF and CTD damper has been studied.It is shown that DMF can effectively reduce the rotational speed fluctuation of transmission input shaft,and improve the NVH performance of gear box.The Vibration response of the front end accessory drive system of the engine with DMF and CTD damper are analyzed,especially on the rotation speed fluctuation,tension arm angle,tension force of tension band and lateral displacement of loose band.The comparison shows that the DMF will damage the NVH performance of the FEAD.关键词
