Design of Double Wishbone Suspension System for FSAE Racing Car
摘要
Abstract
According to the rule of FSAE,the important parameters such as the wheelbase,front and rear track and center of mass position of the vehicle are determined by using the method of setting the reference target.The main parameters of the double wishbone suspension and the design calculation of the suspension guide mechanism are completed.The three parts of the suspension are modeled and assembled by CATIA.The strength of the front suspension column and the rocker arm is checked by ANSYA.The results show that the designed parts meet the strength requirements of the material.The results show that the design of the double wishbone suspension system has good ride comfort,and the rationality of the design method of the double wishbone suspension is put forward,which provided a reference on the theoretical calculation and the lightweight design of the vehicle suspension system.关键词
