Abstract
The basic principles of design on water treatment of the power plant is to realize classified process,cascade utiliza-tion and near-zero discharging of wastewater,and the key point of zero discharging of wastewater is zero discharging of des-ulfurization wastewater. Therefore,this paper summarizes technical routes and technological characteristics of zero dischar-ging of desulfurization wastewater. Aiming at application conditions of technologies and water quality features of the pro-ject,it designs the technical route of preprocessing for two-state precipitation and softening+seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO)concentrating and decrement+bypass gas flue evaporation. Preprocessing for two-state precipitation can effective save dosage costs and realize full softening of water quality,and ensure inflow condition of the follow-up concentrating and decrement unit. The evaporated crystal substances are captured by the deduster with dust in the exhaust gas and finally enter into coal ash for recycling utilization. There are no any extra solid waste products which means realization of zero dischar-ging. Experimental results prove effectiveness of this technical route.关键词
