腹腔镜卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术对AM H 影响的Meta 分析
Meta-analysis of effect of laparoscopic cystectomy of ovarial endometrioma on serum anti-mullerian hormone

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of anti-mullerian hormone(AM H)on evaluating ovarian reserve after laparoscopic cystectomy of ovarial endometrioma.Methods Databases including PubMed,EMbase,Web of Knowledge,CBM,Wanfang Data and CNKI were searched to collect controlled trials and cohort study about the effect of laparoscopic cystectomy of endometrioma on serum AM H levels.Search time of all databases was from database establishing time to March 2017.Literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation were done based on inclusion and exclusion criteria by two reviewers independently.Then,meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software.Results A total of 14 prospective cohort studies involving 477 patients were included.Results of meta-analysis showed a significant decrease in serum AM H concentration after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy with significant difference[(MD= —1.26,95% CI(—1.64, —0.87),P< 0.001)].Subgroup analysis was performed.Meta-analysis was carried out after laparoscopic cystectomy of unilateral and bilateral ovarial endometrioma,which revealed serum AMH levels in both group after operation were significantly lower than those before operation and effect of bilateral operation on serum AM H was more significant[(MD= —1.02,95% CI(—1.48,—0.57),P<0.001)],[(MD= —1.09,95% CI(—1.78,—0.39), P<0.001)].Conclusion AM H is a stable and accurate indicator for ovarian reserve evaluation.关键词
