Abstract
Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)has characteristics of high incidence,high mortality,high morbidity and high recurrence rate.The imaging assessment of ischemic brain tissue has great clinical significance for early diagnosis and reper-fusion therapy in patients with AIS.In this paper,we introduced the principles,methods,advantages and disadvantages of various new magnetic resonance technologies for evaluating ischemic brain tissue.The magnetic resonance parameters and threshold of ischemic penumbra were discussed.This review summarized the global researches on how to use various new MR imaging sequences to diagnose acute ischemic stroke and identify the ischemic penumbra and the infarct core.关键词
