Advances of imaging technology in diagnosis of light-chain cardiac amyloidosis
摘要
Abstract
Cardiac amyloidosis is characterized by extracellular amyloid deposition in heart tissue.Light-chain amyloidosis(AL)is the most common type of cardiac amyloidosis and associated with a worse survival than other types. Given that the prognosis and the treatment of this disease depend on the type of amyloidosis,an early accurate diagnosis is critical for the patients with cardiac amyloidosis. In recent years, medical imaging diagnostic techniques achieved major advances in diagnosis of AL. In this article, cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging, advanced echocardiography and nuclear imaging in detecting of light-chain cardiac amyloidosis are reviewed.关键词
