摘要
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common primary malignant tumors,with high postoper-ative recurrence rate,and the prognosis for patients with HCC is very poor.Microvascular invasion(MVI)is defined as cancer cells nest can be seen in the vessels covered by endothelial cells under microscope observation,and there is no visible tumor vascular invasion can be found.MVI is one of the most important factors that affect the recurrence and prognosis of HCC. MVI has high value for preoperative diagnosis of HCC,guiding the choice of comprehensive treatment,and estimating prog-nosis,but it is still of great challenge for the accurate preoperative diagnosis.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of preoperative prediction of MVI on clinical,molecular biology,and imaging aspects.关键词
