丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效观察
Efficacy of Danhong Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium for diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium for diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were divided into study group and control group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given conventional treatment,besides,the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,and the study group with Danhong Injection plus atorvastatin calcium. The hemorheology indicators,total effective rate of treatment,scores of neurological defects,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of high-cut whole blood viscosity, low-cut whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the severity of neurological defects in the study group was milder than that in the control group(all P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction, Danhong Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium can improve hemorheology indicators and neurological function as well as increase clinical efficacy.关键词
