Abstract
Objective To investigate the levels of neutrophils to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),fibrinogen and serum lipoprotein(a) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and their correlation with disease severity.Methods A total of 150 patients with ACS were enrolled and were divided into mild lesion group(Gensini score≤45 points,n=70) and severe lesion group(Gensini score>45 points,n=80). Sixty subjects with normal coronary arteriography were enrolled as control group.The levels of NLR,fibrinogen and serum lipoprotein(a) were compared among the three groups,and the correlation of the three indices above with Gensini score was analyzed.Results The Gensini score,as well as the levels of NLR,fibrinogen and serum lipoprotein(a),increased in the order of the control group,the mild lesion group and the severe lesion group(P<0.05).In the mild lesion group,the Gensini score positively correlated with the levels of NLR and serum lipoprotein(a)(all P<0.05),and did not correlate with fibrinogen(P>0.05).In the severe lesion group,the Gensini score positively correlated with the levels of NLR,fibrinogen and serum lipoprotein(a)(all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of NLR,fibrinogen and serum lipoprotein(a) increase in the patients with ACS,and the three indicators obtain great significance in predicting the occurrence of ACS and evaluating its severity degree.关键词
