长江经济带高新技术产业创新效率及其影响因素研究
Research on the Innovation Efficiency and Influencing Factors of High-tech Industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

Abstract
Based on the high-tech industry panel data of 11 provinces and cities in Yangtze River economic belt from2006 to 2016 , the DEA and Malmquist index method are applied to calculate the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry in the Yan-gtze River economic belt, and the influencing factors of the innovation efficiency are also analyzed.The following are the results of the study.From the static point of view, the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are increasing rapidly; but the unbalance of innovation efficiency in different regions is significant.From the dynamic point of view, in the study period, the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is developing towards a bet-ter trend.And its total factor productivity depends on the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency, however the scale in-stability still exists.Finally, this paper finds that independent innovation and government support are the most important factors to improve the efficiency of innovation.Therefore, in order to further improve the innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, we should give full play to the role of the enterprise innovation subject, and give full play to the government's guidance, incentive, service and standard role in the development of high-tech industry.关键词
