Social Governance Pattern of Joint Governance,Construction and Sharing under President Xi Jinping's Thoughts on National Governance:Conceptual Framework and Operating Mechanism

Abstract
Social governance pattern of joint governance,construction and sharing indicates that party committee,government,enterprises,social organizations and citizens,under the guidance of President Xi Jinping's thoughts on national governance in new era,integrate into five-in-one social governance com-munity,co-developing social undertakings platform,governing social affairs,providing public products, and achieving the unity of common interests,public welfare and private interests.Its conceptual frame-work includes seven aspects,such as Chinese Communist Party's leadership,government responsibility and rule by laws.Its operating mechanism refers to the structure,function and interrelation of the system of social governance pattern of joint governance,construction and sharing.关键词
