摘要

Abstract

The traditional modular design emphasizes the modularization of a single product-focused technology system.In or-der to improve the efficiency of disassembly and product recycling in the life cycle,it is necessary to develop modular products ar-chitecture by taking into account the manufacturing and recycling processes of the early product design phase. In this paper,two kinds of sustainable driving factors are put forward,namely,material similarity and life similarity.A model of modular product fami-ly design based on disassembly is proposed,and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the effective solution of nonlinear optimiza-tion model.Through the analysis of the design of refrigerator product family and disassembly calculation results,the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified.
