Abstract
According to the 19th CPC National Congress,"One belt,one road"is the way to promote cultural exchange.Un-der the background of "One belt,one road",the rapid development of going-out enterprises has become the focus. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper creates a cooperation stability evaluation model between Chinese and overseas Chinese and going-out enterprises.Applying the theory to the practice,the paper carries out a simulation analysis and finds out the shortages.关键词
