摘要

Abstract

Flange seal surface is the pressure bearing boundary of the main equipment of each pressure vessel in a nuclear power unit.Its sealing performance is crucial to the safe operation of nuclear power u-nit.Therefore,the sealing surface detection is an important prerequisite to ensure the integrity of the power unit.Due to the large size,non-detachable and radioactive features of the detecting target,how to automatically detect the sealing surface size,form and position error as well as identify the surface defects is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,a robot three-dimensional optical measurement system, which can automatically obtain point cloud data on the seal surface,was designed to meet the testing re-quirement of flange seal surface.In addition,data process software was compiled to calculate the size of the sealing surface,the error of the shape and position,and the surface defects.Finally,the prototype of the test system was built to test the 1/5 model of the flange seal surface,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
