经阴道彩色多普勒超声在宫腔灌注链霉素治疗不孕症中的应用价值
Intrauterine infusion of streptomycin via transvaginal ultrasound in the treatment of infertility
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination endometrial parameters before and after intrauterine infusion of streptomycin,to observe the curative effect of streptomycin in different causes of infertility.Methods 127 patients with infertility were randomly divided into streptomycin perfusion group (n=83) and normal saline control group (n=44),including 22 cases of endometrial tuberculosis,9 cases of recurrent abortion,18 cases of repeatedly planting failure,12 cases of endometrial polyp and 22 cases of endometritis.After intrauterine infusion of streptomycin,a comparison was made between each perfusion group before and after treatment,and the perfusion group and the control group were compared after treatment regarding pregnancy outcomes and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound parameter changes.Results The infective endocarditis and endometrial tuberculosis group had EMI (P ＜ 0.05),a lower uterine spiral artery PI and RI values (P ＜ 0.05),and the clinical pregnancy rate was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Streptomycin through intrauterine infusion can improve the endometrial receptivity of patients with endometritis and endometrial tuberculosis,and thus increase the clinical pregnancy rate.关键词
