耳后注射甲泼尼龙对全聋型突发性聋疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of postaurieal methylprednisolone injection on sudden total hearing loss.Methods Retrospectively analyze the patients with sudden hearing loss,selected and divided the total deafness type into two group,postaurieal methylprednisolone injection group and nonpostaurieal methylprednisolone injection group,respectively.The treatment efficiency,the cure rate and the increased values of five frequency bands (the average value of 125-250 Hz,the average value of 125-500 Hz,the average value of 500-2 000 Hz,the average value of 4 000-8 000 Hz and the average value of 250-4 000 Hz) before and after injection were compared.Results The increased valuses of the five frequency bands in the postaurieal injection group are 29.25±5.14,29.67±4.36,26.50±3.60,26.00±7.04,26.99±3.75 dBHL,the increased value of each band in the nonpostaurieal injection group are 14.00±4.66,14.77±4.38,16.52±3.77,12.28±2.93,15.40±3.63 dBHL,respectively.The postaurieal injection group showed more obviously increase in the average value of 125-250 Hz (P=0.028) and the average value of 125-500 Hz (P=0.021).The effective rate of the two groups are 80％ and 44％ respectively,x2=6.00,P=0.014.Conclusion Postaurieal injection of methylprednisolone is safe and effective in the treatment of sudden total hearing loss.Its cure rate is higher and the improvement on low frequencies hearing is better than the high frequencies.关键词
