克罗恩病患者疾病不确定感及影响因素分析
Influence Factors of Uncertainty in Illness among Patients with Crohn 's Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the uncertainty in illness among patients with Crohn 's disease (CD), and explore its influence factors. Methods A questionnaire survey of 144 patients with Crohn 's disease who met the inclusion criteria was conducted using general data questionnaires, Chinese versions of the Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS) and Medical Coping Modes Questionaire (MCMQ). The multi-variate stepwise regression was used to analyze the influence factors of uncertainty in illness in patients with CD. Results The total score of uncertainty in illness was 88.27 ±6.52 and operation frequency,disease activity and coping styles entered the regression equation of uncertainty in illness (P<0.05). Conclusion The uncertainty in illness among patients with CD is relatively high. Therefore, medical staff should pay attention to the patients with high frequency of operations and complicated conditions and encourage them to adopt positive coping styles, so as to improve the physical and mental health and the quality of life of the patients.关键词
