Abstract
Objective To understand the level of physical activity and its influencing factors in patients with breast cancer during rehabilitation, and to provide basis for improving the level of physical activity in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 236 patients with breast cancer during the rehabilitation were selected by convenient sampling method. They were assessed by International Physical Activity Questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale, General Self-efficacy Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. The statistical analysis was carried out. Results In this study, 43 (18.2％) cases of patients had insufficient physical activities;144 (61.0％) cases had moderate physical activities, and 49 (20.8％) cases hand adequate physical activities. Ordinal logistic regression showed that age, severity of conscious disease, perceived social support, self-efficacy and positive coping style were the influencing factors of physical activity of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with breast cancer during the rehabilitation have inadequate physical activities, so it is recommended to implement various measures to provide them with more activity guidance, and improve their physical activity level.关键词
