摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of peer support on self-efficiency of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Totally 162 CHD patients were divided into observation group and control group with 81 cases in each group. The control groups adopted conventional psychological intervention but the observation group intervention mode of peer support. Patients ' self-efficiency before and 6 months after the intervention were compared. Results 6 months after the intervention, the self-efficiency level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion Peer support is beneficial to the improvement of self-efficiency of CHD patients and it is worth to be popularized clinically.关键词
