摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of empowerment education on perimenopausal insomnia patients. Methods Seventy cases of perimenopausal insomnia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group adopted normal health education, and the observation group the empowerment education. Scores of anxiety and depression, Pittsburgh sleep quality index and peri menopause quality of life before and 12 weeks after the intervention of the 2 groups were compared. Results The scores of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0.01) after the 12-week intervention, and the score of vasomotion, mental state and physiological state, the total score and the score of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Empowerment education can effectively improve the negative emotion and sleep quality of perimenopausal patients, and improve their quality of life.
