农产品质量安全管制效果影响因素研究——基于DEMATEL方法
Influencing factors of the effects of agricultural product quality and safety control based on the DEMATEL method

Abstract
An important issue in the process of agricultural modernization is to comprehensively improve the quality and safety of agricultural products. The requirements of the quality and safety control of agricultural products for main businesses under the new situation have evolved. Applying the expert scoring method and the DEMATEL model, this paper categorized the influencing factors of the specific management method of green product certification on the quality and safety control of agricultural products and discussed the internal relationship among the influencing factors. Results show that among the primary influencing factors, the safety behavior control of the product circulation businesses had the highest primary impact index, which was 21.439. Among the secondary influencing factors, market access management, quality and safety technology innovation, environmental risk early warning, and the improvement of the quality and safety awareness of the main businesses had positive impact indices. While inspection and testing standard execution, packing, storage, and transportation safety guarantee had negative impact indices. The factors with high quality safety control effect on agricultural products include quality safety inspection and inspection standard execution, technical innovation, market supervision and the improvement of the quality safety consciousness of the participating businesses. To improve the quality and safety control of agricultural products, this paper provides the following policy suggestions: guiding the main circulation businesses to self-control, strengthening the cornerstone role of government regulation, improving the market environment of agricultural products, and encouraging the adoption of new technology in product inspection.关键词
