关节镜下膝关节清理术联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服治疗膝骨关节炎疗效分析
Clinical Analysis of Arthroscopic Debridement Combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of knee arthroscopic surgery combined with glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods From January 2014 to December2014,67 patients diagnosed as KOA were randomly divided into two groups.32 patients in the experimental group were treated with arthroscopy combined with oral glucose hydrochloride,and 35 patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopy.The quantitative score of VSA pain and the range of knee joint motion were used to compare the curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The quantitative score of VSA pain and the range of knee joint motion were significantly different between the two groups before and af-ter treatment(P<0.05);The quantitative score of VSA pain and the range of knee joint motion were significantly different between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery combined with oral glucosamine hydrochloride has a good short-term effect in the treatment of KOA,which is superior to arthroscopic surgery alone.关键词
