摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of cer-vical lymph node tuberculosis in clinical diagnosis.Methods A total of 412 patients with suspected cervical lymph node tubercu-losis from September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital,all of then were divided into two groups:control group(thick needle biopsy under ultrasound)166 cases,the observation group(fine needle biopsy under ultrasound)246 cases.Statistics positive detec-tion rate of two groups.Results The detection rates of tuberculosis in the observation group and the control group were 92.2% and 73.5% respectively,with significant difference(P>0.05).There was no infection in the puncture site.The area of skin ecchy-mosis in the puncture site of the observation group was smaller than that in the control group.Conclusion For the diagnosis of cervical lymph node tuberculosis,fine needle aspiration biopsy is effective,safe and reliable.关键词
