异质性万古霉素中介的金黄色葡萄球菌的分子特征
Molecular Characteristics of Staphylococcus Aureus Mediated by Heterogeneous Vancomycin
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution and molecular characteristics of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus mediated by heterogeneous vancomycin in our hospital. Methods Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated in our hospital from October 2015 to May 2016 was screened for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus mediated by heterogeneous vancomycin by microflora analysis strategy-area under curve method( PAP-AUC);Multiplex PCR method was used to determine the genotyping of agr,spa and SCC in hVISA,and the PCR products were sequenced to determine the spa typing. Results After screen-ing,9 strains of hVISA were isolated from 79 MRSA strains;Of the 9 strains of hVISA,7 were agr-Ⅰ type and 2 were agr-Ⅲ type;There were 6 spa clone types,including t437(4 strains),t114(1strain)、t2310(1strain)、t14062(1strain)、t030(1strain)、t16472 (1strain). The SCCmec typing was mainly type Ⅳa,accounting for 55. 56%,followed by type Ⅲ 33. 33% and type Ⅱ 11. 11%. Conclusion The detection rate of hVISA in our hospital was 11. 39%,showing polyclonal prevalence.关键词
