血浆mCRP、GAS与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系
Relationship between plasma monomeric C-reactive protein,global area strain and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the plasma monomeric C-reactive protein(mCRP), global area strain(GAS)and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STE-MI).Methods A total of 137 patients with STEMI were divided into the mild group(0<Gensini score ≤40, n=32), moderate group(40<Gensini score≤80,n=58),and severe group(Gensini score≥80,n=47)according to the degree of coronary artery lesion(Gensini score).Fifty healthy volunteers who attended the health examination were randomly se-lected as the control group.The plasma mCRP and GAS levels between groups were compared, and the correlations of Gensini scores with mCRP and GAS were analyzed.Results The levels of plasma mCRP and GAS of the mild group, moderate group,and severe group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of plasma mCRP and GAS of the moderate group and severe group were higher than those of the mild group,the levels of plasma mCRP and GAS of the severe group were higher than those of the moderate group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05). Pearson product moment correlation analysis showed that mCRP and GAS were positively correlated with Gensini scores(r=0.573,0.509;all P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma mCRP and GAS in patients with STEMI are related to the severity of coronary artery disease,and the early determination of mCRP and GAS can effectively assess the severity of disease.关键词
