类风湿关节炎患者心外膜脂肪组织厚度与心房功能的相关性
Determining the correlation between thickness of epicardial adipose tissue and atrial function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis using ultrasound

Abstract
Objective To measure the epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)thickness by echocardiography in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and to investigate its relationship with atrial function.Methods Forty-four RA patients(RA-group)and 30 healthy controls(control group)were selected.The systolic EAT(EATs)and diastolic EAT(EATd)thick-ness,atrial systolic peak velocity(PV),and atrial wall electro-mechanical contraction time difference were compared and their correlations were analyzed.Results The thickness of EATs and EATd increased in the RA group(P<0.05).In the RA group,the PV of left atrial lateral, posterior, anterior wall and right atrial lateral wall was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the electro-mechanical contraction time difference between left atrial lateral and poste-rior wall,anterior and posterior septum wall was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the RA group,EATs was negatively correlated with PV of the left atrial lateral and anterior wall(r=-0.376,-0.461;both P<0.05).Both EATs and EATd were positively correlated with the time difference between left atrial lateral and posterior septum wall,elec-tro-mechanical contraction time difference between the left atrial anterior septum and posterior wall,and waist-hip ratio(r=0.640,0.775,0.393;r=0.625,0.669,0.334;all P<0.05).Conclusions EATs and EATd increase in RA patients, the thicker the EATs,the more severe injury of the patients′atrial function.关键词
