慢性肾功能不全与心房颤动患者导管消融术后复发的关系
Relationship between chronic renal insufficiency and recurrence after catheter ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association between chronic renal insufficiency and recurrence after catheter ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods We selected 279 non-valvular AF patients who received radio frequency catheter ablation(RFCA).The patients were allocated to the recurrence group and non-recurrence group accord-ing to the AF recurrence or not.Age,sex,body mass index(BMI),TIA or stroke,hypertension,diabetes,renal insuffi-ciency,CHADS2score,CHA2DS2-VASc score,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups.Recurrence factors after atrial fibrillation ablation were evaluated by using Cox multivariate analysis.Re-sults After mean follow-up of 12.6 ±3.1 months,107 patients had AF recurrence and 172 patients without recurrence. Patients with chronic renal insufficiency had a higher incidence of AF recurrences(62.7%)as compared with the normal renal function patients(32.9%,P<0.05).There were significant differencs in age, constitution of renal insufficiency, and CHA2DS2-VASc score between the recurrence group and non-recurrence group(all P<0.05).Cox multivariate analy-sis revealed that chronic renal insufficiency was an independent risk factor for AF recurrence(HR=2.561,95%CI:1.455-4.508,P<0.001).Conclusion Chronic renal insufficiency is closely related to AF recurrence after catheter ablation.关键词
