Abstract
Objective To design an integration system for use,supervision and intervention of antimicrobials to strengthen the management and improve the rationality in clinical use.Methods By using the computer technology and closed-loop control principle,the knowledge base and rule base were established to realize the integration for use,supervision and intervention of antimicrobials.The statistical analysis platform was also built to complete the statistical analysis and traceability of the used antimicrobial by different levels of hospitals,departments and doctors.Results The system achieved a full range of guidelines for the clinical use of antimicrobials.The waste of medical resources was suppressed and the adverse reactions and medical cost were also reduced.Conclusion The system has friendly interface and simple operation,which provides an effective solution for the rational use of antimicrobials.关键词
