摘要
Abstract
The digestive system malignant tumors has a high morbidity and mortality in our country,and the current treatment methods include surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,interventional therapy,biological immunotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.But at present the effect of treatment is poor for patients of advanced cancer.And the early diagnosis rate of malignant tumor in digestive system is low.So it is very important to study the pathogenesis of the disease.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad found PTEN gene participated in cell growth and proliferation by multiple intracellular signal transduction,and was related to the occurrence and development and prognosis of malignant tumors of digestive system.Therefore,it is very important to clarify the mechanism of PTEN in the malignant tumors of digestive system.And PTEN is expected to become the new target for cancer treatment.This paper will review the research progress of PTEN in the digestive system malignant tumors.关键词
