Methylation Pattern of PWS/AS Imprinting Cluster in Clone Embryos

Abstract
In order to study the methylation pattern of clone embryos,early clone embryos at five developmental stages (gamophase, S phase,2-cell,8-cell and morula)were selected to study the methylation pattern of PWS/AS imprinting cluster by bisulfite sequencing PCR (BSP). The results of sequencing analysis indicated that demethylation pattern of genome was affected by the early methylation reconstruction of SCNT embryos. There were two CPG positions that were respectively the first and the fifth CPG position located at 258 bp and 1693 bp region on upstream of SNRPN transcriptional start.关键词
