Abstract
This article described and analyzed the stakeholders and their demands of integrated care policy in a district in Beijing. These stakeholders formed four kinds of combined forces:the fundamental traction which was formed from people's medical needs,the external driving force formed from policy pressure,the internal integration force formed from hospitals' development needs,and the driven force formed from social capital profit-driven needs. At the same time,there were different contradictions and conflicts of interests among the stakeholders,such as the conflict of profit distribution between the integrating side and the integrated hospitals,and the conflict between overall benefit of the hospitals and individual benefit of the medical staff. It is suggested that the reform make full use of win-win cogitation,increase integration combined forces,attach importance to the conflicts of interests,and take coordinated measures to resolve unreasonable conflicts in order to achieve the synergy effect of the reform.关键词
