Evaluation index system for constructing project of clinical medical centers and clinical key disciplines in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a scientific and objective evaluation index system on clinical medical centers and clinical key disciplines. Methods Evaluation index system was established by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Weight of the indicators was obtained. Results Four first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and forty-two third-level indicators were identified by Delphi method. The weight of four first-level indicators,including basic conditions,medical services,scientific research,and teaching and training,was 15.34%,33.69%,29.61% and 21.36%, respectively. Conclusion The experts' authority,coordination and consistency were all good and the index system was proved scientifically. In the index system,the weight coefficient of "medical service" was the largest,which was consistent with the purpose of evaluation and the orientation of constructing project.关键词
