Evaluation on achievements of clinical medical center construction in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate and analyze the achievements of clinical medical center construction in Shanghai, and to provide reference and advice for the next round of constructing policy. Methods The data from each clinical medical center were collected. The contrastive analysis between previous and present change of the indexes were performed,and the index system was used to evaluate each center comprehensively. Results During the constructing period,seven national key laboratories,four national key disciplines,and four national clinical medical research centers were built. The clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of 22 centers was improved,and the number of outpatients and emergency visits increased by 27.54%. A total of 67 national clinical guidelines were formulated,and 44 items of innovative clinical technology projects were developed.A total of 107 papers,whose influencing factor were more than 10,were published in journals listed in Science Citation Index(SCI),and 451 in top journals among the field.In terms of teaching and training,1 881 papers written by students were published in journals listed in SCI. A total of 168 national continuing education and training programs were held. A total of 453 people were sent to study abroad. In the class A and class B construction projects,the "domestically leading and internationally advanced" clinical medical centers accounted for 41.67% and 20.00%,respectively. Conclusion The project has achieved a remarkable achievement to consolidate and improve Shanghai's leading position in medicine.关键词
