上海市"重中之重"临床重点学科建设评估研究
Evaluation on achievements of clinical key discipline constructing in Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To evaluate and analyze the achievements of clinical key discipline construction in Shanghai,and to provide reference and advice for the further constructing. Methods The data from each key discipline were collected. The contrastive analysis between previous and present change of the index system were performed,and the index system was used to evaluate each discipline comprehensively. Results During the constructing period,three national key laboratories, fourteen national key disciplines,and four national clinical medical research centers were built. The clinical diagnosis and treatment ability was improved after constructing,and the number of outpatients and emergency visits increased by 20.09%. A total of 21 national clinical guidelines were formulated,and 23 innovative clinical technology projects were developed. A total of 51 papers,whose influencing factor was more than 10,were published in journals listed in Science Citation Index (SCI),and 197 papers in top journals among the field. In terms of teaching and training,1 415 papers written by students were published in journals listed in SCI. A total of 140 national continuing education and training programs were held. A total of 263 people were sent to study abroad. In the class A and class B construction projects,the "domestically first-class" clinical key disciplines accounted for 83.33% and 70.00%,respectively. Conclusion The project has promoted the development of key disciplines and improved the infrastructure,medical service,research and teaching level in clinical key disciplines.关键词
